What’s That In My Melter? Clean Cotton votive, Yankee Candle

I recently melted a Yankee Candle Clean Cotton votive in my melter (1.7 ounces, 40W bulb). This scent was a little perfumey with its floral yankee-candle-clean-cotton-votivenotes. I soooo wanted to smell the lemon in this, but I couldn’t pick it out. It didn’t smell particularly green to me, either. It did make my room smell fresh and clean, like I just opened the dryer full of clean clothes and a dryer sheet. The scent was light and airy. I do wish it were stronger.

Sun-dried cotton combined with green notes, white flowers, and a hint of lemon.

Have you tried Clean Cotton from Yankee Candle? What are your thoughts?
Happy candle burning ~

  1. I have also tried this same scent from YC in a melt. I really loved it and wished it was a little bit stronger. But this one was right up my ally! Clean and sweet.
