Review Summary:

A fresh baked cookie scent with hints of almond.

I’ve been enjoying my first-time order from Tiffany Candles. Being the bakery lover that I am, I was pleased to snatch up some melts in the scent Sugar Cookies when it was on special. In addition to the regular tart cup in this scent, I also ordered a pack of cute little teddy bears. These cute Teddy Tarts, as they are called, come three to a package and are colored depending on scent choice. The teddy bears for Sugar Cookies were off white. Each package holds approximately 3oz of wax, so that amounts to about 1oz per teddy.

Fresh baked sugary doughy goodness with slight hints of almond.

I did get a light vanilla-y scent on cold sniff, but I’m used to lighter cold throws for the sugar cookie scent. I placed one teddy in my 40W bulb melter and waited for the magic. Mmmmm, delicious! It didn’t take long for the scent of warm, fresh baked cookies to fill the room. The almond was detectable but not overpowering…just hints of it that I thought were perfect. This scent was so warm and fresh and yummy! It filled a moderate sized room with cookie goodness that lasted for several hours on end. I was very pleased with the scent and the scent throw on this one.

I would definitely repurchase this scent again from Tiffany Candles.

What is your favorite sugar cookie scent?

Happy candle burning ~

  1. I was wondering what her Sugar Cookie scent was like. I do like her other scents. I think right now my favorite cookie scents have to be from the Bathing garden and Candles from the keeping room. Thanks for this review!

  2. Andrea I am a Sugar Cookie scent lover as well! Thank you for your review. I just melted a Yankee Candle “Snow Flake Cookie” tart and the throw was very light.
You mention that you do use a 40 watt bulb warmer. I didn’t know that they had those! I only know of the 25 watt bulb warmers. Is it possible if you could let me know what brand it is? I would love to have one!!

    • I have Snow Flake Cookie from YC (jar candle). I’m disappointed to hear about the wax melt throw. I have only been able to purchase warmers with 25W light bulbs. I always replace those bulbs with 40W light bulbs.

      • Thanks Andrea! I would have never thought about replacing a 25watt bulb with a 40watt bulb. Genius!

No when my warmer bulbs burn out I’ll know what to do!

  5. At one point I tried something called “OMG Sugar Cookie” from LOL, but I think it was discontinued. Full Moon used to have a sugar cookie scent in their melts, but that was discontinued also. Just bought a jar of Christmas Cookie from Yankee.

    • I just bought Christmas Cookie from YC, too! It smells pretty good on cold sniff. I also love the Sugar Cookie scent from Tara’s Candle Cottage.

    • Sugar & Spice has a great sugar cookie called Warm Sugar Cookies. The toughest part is ordering them… her stuff goes fast.
