Review Summary:

A strong juicy red apple scent with buttery caramel.

Pics, Petals & Scents is a new-to-me company that I’ve heard very good things about. I finally got around to placing an order not too long ago and decided it was time to start melting. First up was Kickin’ Caramel Apple in the Fall Sampler Box. Although I know what caramel apple smells like, I still like having scent descriptions. I didn’t find one for this particular scent on the website.

pics-petals-scents-kickin-caramel-apple-wax-melt-candleThe wax melt was shaped like a little daisy flower and was a deep red color. The cold sniff was fairly strong and I thought was a good mix of red apple and caramel. I used this melt in my powder room and with a 40W bulb melter. It was not long before I could smell this delicious tart from outside the powder room and on down the hall. This was definitely a KICKIN’ caramel apple! The scent while melting was predominated by apple (more like a juicy red apple) but there were heavy notes of buttery caramel, too. A really good mix with a solid scent throw. I loved it!

I don’t see these individual daisies for purchase on the website, so I’m assuming this was made specifically to go into the samplers. No matter what the shape or form, this is definitely a scent I would repurchase.

Have you tried Pics, Petals & Scents? What are your thoughts?

Happy candle burning ~
