Review Summary:

A Fall harvest scent with crushed leaves and pine.

I will have tried all the ScentSationals wax melts before you know it and that is just fine with me. I have a not-so-secret wish to try every scent carried by every company I make purchases from. That’s relatively painless to do with ScentSationals because they are so reasonably priced.

I recently reviewed Autumn Walk from this company and next up is Autumn Breeze. I’m pretty sure I made this purchase online, although I am sure it has to be out locally with the Fall scents now. The backgrounds on the packaging are somewhat similar with Fall-ish colors and golden leaves all around. The wax color for Autumn Breeze was a coral pink color. The cold sniff was a little more earthy and spicy to me than Autumn Walk.

The packaging states A harvest medley of pine and spice. The description on the website is worded just a  bit differently:

Fresh fall scent of autumn leaves, and pine wood.

I didn’t really smell the pine on cold sniff – just the spicy, crushed leaves type of scent. It was similar to Autumn Walk minus the apple smell. Once I melted it (24W melter), the pine notes did surface. Just subtly, but I did detect it. As a matter of fact, this was a warm, spicy scent that had a milder throw than a lot of the other wax melts I’ve tried from ScentSationals. Not in a bad way – just different. It was moderately strong as the scent could be detected in a large, open living space but it did not ever take front stage. All in all it was a good Fall scent but nothing special for me. I’m not sure I would purchase this scent again. I certainly preferred Autumn Walk over this one with the addition of the apple scent. scentsationals-autumn-breeze

I used this melt with a mix of 24W melters and bulb melters with 40W bulbs.

Have  you tried Autumn Breeze? What are your thoughts?

Happy candle burning ~

  1. I’m finding that too – there are a lot of “this is a nice fall smell, but eh” scents. Not too many I’d rebuy. The ones that are reorders really have to have something POP to stand out from the crowd
