7 Up Pound Cake is one of my favorite scents and I’m always excited when I see it available on a scent list. I find it to be a super duper strong scent of sweet deliciousness…simply irresistible to me! Luckily, Tiffany Candles had 7 Up Pound Cake on their scent list and I snagged a three pack of wax tart melts to try.
Here’s the scent description from the website:
A perfect blend of warm cake, almond, lemon, lime, vanilla & sugar
Sounded delicious! The cold sniff was exactly what I expected – a little lemony, a little limey. It had a good cold throw and I did not detect any strange undernote with this one. I melted these melts in both electric melters and bulb melters. Yum! It was a definite lemon-lime mix with a buttery type of cake note (just a hint and just enough). The notes blended well together and this was a perfect 7 Up Pound Cake scent to me. The scent throw was moderately strong and lasted well several hours in my melters. (I used 40W bulb melters and 24W electric melters.) This is a scent I would reorder from Tiffany Candles. For sure!
