Review Summary:

This is a fresh, slightly sweet and creamy honeydew scent that is very refreshing. The scent throw is on the lighter side, but the deliciousness of the scent itself is what makes this a true winner.

Rating Breakdown:

  • Packaging/Presentation: This was a single scallop wax melt in a zip lock cello bag. It was a pale green color. The baggie had a label on front with the scent name and company name clearly displayed. 3.5/5
  • Scent: The cold sniff was a little sweet but not cloying – it smelled like fresh honeydew! It was sooooo fresh and delicious! It was a sweet honeydew smell but with a bit of  creaminess from the whipped cream. 5/5
  • Scent Throw: The scent throw was on the lighter side. I could smell it in the room but it did not smack me in the face. I thought the strength was perfect for this scent. 3.5/5
  • Longevity: This scent lingered. I put it in and left it most of the day. I could still smell it several hours later. 4/5
  • Customer Service (if applicable): Excellent CS from Donna for this order. 5/5
  • Overall rating: 4 (Technically 4.2 but rounding down for scent throw.)

Disclosures: None. I purchased this product myself.

Happy candle burning ~

  1. I can’t say enough how much I love Can-Do! While I haven’t tried Lessie’s Whipped Cream & Honeydew, after reading your description, I will definitely give it a go when she reopens in December. It sounds delish. It reminded me of another one that I love from Can-Do, which is Dad’s Cucumbers and Cream. I think you would like it, if you liked the Whipped Cream & Honeydew.

    • Love Dad’s Cucumbers & Cream, Laurie. It’s not as sweet as Whipped Cream & Honeydew, but it is a very fresh, lovely scent. 🙂

  2. Andrea,
What a coincidence: I bought this very recently and just burned it 2 days ago! I agree with the rating of 4. Can Do is a great find for me overall; most of their melts are stronger than this one. What I loved about it was the accuracy: I could smell both the melon and cream (usually melon scents predominate when mixed with something else.) Customer service with samples has been excellent for me.
