More info on this unique wax:

Voluspa’s candles are poured with a luxurious, extremely clean burning, Coconut Wax blend.

This proprietary formulation was developed after years of research and development, and is truly an innovation in the industry. Voluspa is one of the first candle companies to use coconut wax commercially. Coconut wax is made by first collecting coconuts and then cold pressing the oil out of the meat of the coconut. That coconut oil is then turned in to coconut wax through the process of hydrogenation which is the same process by which soy wax is made.

  • Extremely clean burning! Independent lab tests show that Voluspa’s coconut wax blend burns up to 90% cleaner
  • than a 100% soy wax candle of the same size and fragrance.
  • Beautiful creamy white look and feel.
  • Holds a high volume of fragrance.
  • Works well with perfume fragrance. Doesn’t interfere with a fragrance’s true notes and character like soy wax.
  • Ecologically Sound, Sustainable, and Pesticide-free manufacturing.

My name is Christina, editor of Candlefind.com. My love of candles began around 2003 and it was love from then on. The way candles enhance my mood and create ambiance throughout my home became addicting. I love to shop on all sites from big name brands to small mom and pop shops as well. I love it all. My favorite scents are bakery, everything lemon scented and all types of fruit scents. But, I'm open to anything given the opportunity. I hope my reviews and opinions help you along your way to finding the best candles!

  1. I ADORE Voluspa – they are the candle that got me hooked on luxury candles! I love the jars, too. I love finishing their candle because then I have another pretty jar for doo dads. My fav scents are the gogi (red jar) and berry (purple jar), but the pear one is awesome too.

I love Voluspa candles. They are beautiful and the scents are so wonderfully complex. Goji is next on my list to try.
