Review Summary:

Rating Breakdown:

  • Packaging/Presentation: This was a pastel purple candle that had a plastic label around it indicating the company name, scent, and some details about the candle. The inside held the LED tealight. You could see on the walls of the inside of the candle some material that must have been the scented oil. The bottom was were the on/off switch was - I had to pull out a red tab first before it would work. My whole setup was loose and kept jostling around while I was handling it from below. 1.5/5
  • Scent: A fake-ish smelling lavender to me. It smelled powdery and perfumey. 1/5
  • Scent Throw: Non-existant. My office is pretty big, but I still should have been able to smell it scenting up the space somewhat. I could barely smell it when standing right over it. 1/5
  • Performance: The candle did flicker as advertised. It gave the semi-appearance of a flickering flame. I could see this effect looking nice if there were a cluster of them together. The battery did last for several hours, but fell short of the 100 hour mark...approximately 70 hours before the battery peetered out. 2/5
  • Customer Service (if applicable): N/A
  • Overall rating: 1/5 (Technically 1.3 but rounding down for scent throw.)
