Box Openings: Scentsy Devoted Warmer and Wax Melts

I love Scentsy products, especially the warmers. All of my current bulb melters are from Scentsy – they are beautiful, stylish and functional. I had not placed an order in a long time, but I needed a new warmer…so there you go. And while I was shopping for a warmer, I figured I might as well pick up a few wax melts, right? Exactly.

Date ordered: August 12

Date received: August 16

The warmer I purchased is called Devoted:

The other side panels look like this.

I love Scentsy warmers because they are incredibly beautiful, either on or off. Here’s a closeup of the warmer now turned on:

Here are my initial thoughts on the wax melts:

Cucumber Lime: Cool, refreshing blend of mellow cucumber and tangy lime. Mmmmm – very clean and a little tart at the same time. The cucumber is the dominant note. Great cold throw.

Lemon Coconut Chiffon:  Melt-in-your mouth lemon custard layered with butter cake and sprinkled with toasted coconut. Delicious! Sweet lemon smell with just a hint of coconut.

Violet Leaf: Green, dewy and uplifting, Violet Leaf is a simple, familiar organic scent. It’s fresh and has a cut-grass feel with watery accents and just a powdery hint of violet flower.  This has a beautiful cold sniff. Definitely somewhat cut grass but with the floral notes mixed in. It is not too floral on cold sniff. Great cold throw.

That’s my recent order. I’m pleased with everything and can’t wait to start melting my wax melts.  Be on the lookout for full reviews soon!

Happy candle burning ~

  1. I love Scentsy too! About 3 years ago now is when I got started on Scentsy. I’m a preschool teacher and one of the moms gave me a warmer
{BOHO Chic} and a bar {Spiced Grapefruit} for a Christmas gift. She also happened to sell Scentsy. So I was instantly hooked! Today I own a few large Scentsy warmers the Star warmer, Angel warmer, Wrangler warmer, Tannenbaum warmer, Pink Tiara warmer and two small plug in warmers. The Star and Angel. I order about twice a year when each new catalog comes out. I buy about 12 bars each order.
    I just love Scentsy!

  3. So glad to see Scentsy on the CandleFind blog (and to hear that you love the products)! My personal favorite scents are Honey Pear Cider, Vanilla Suede, and – this time of year – Silver Bells. I know a lot of my customers also *love* Luna – a soft, lovely mix of white florals & sandalwood.

Loving the blog, ladies! Just gave you a follow on Twitter too! 😉
