Box Opening: Sea Breeze Scents & Things

I’ve been tempted to ordered from Sea Breeze Scents & Things since Julia posted her box opening. I love scented wax goods, but pretty scented wax goods? All the better. I actually received this order quite some time ago, but I am just now getting around to posting about it.

Date ordered: September 22

Date received: September 26

I ordered a handful of scent shots.sea-breeze-scents-things-scent-shots

Coffee Caramel: Fresh ground coffee with caramel and the tiniest bit of vanilla. This has a strong but creamy coffee scent. Love!

Krispy Kreme: Oh, so sweet! This tart cup is so incredibly cute. It’s all glittery and sparkly. I don’t get much on cold sniff though.

Toasted Marshmallow:  A warm and creamy marshmallow scent. A favorite for sure! Mmmm, this is the TM that I love! It’s sweet and sticky and just a little toasty. Delicious cold sniff!

Sea Salt & Yuzu:  A very clean scent! Satsuma, yuzu, grapefurit, sea salt, lotus and aloe. Very spa-like! Even though I’m a bakery lover, this is my favorite of the tart cups. It’s so fresh and clean! The citrus scents blend well with the aloe and sea salt. Beautiful!

My colorful frog and turtle are Pumpkin Surprise and Rainbow Fruit Suprise respectively. Also in this pic is a mini dessert loaf in the background, scented in Pumpkin Creme Brulee.

Pumpkin Surprise: Pumpkin Lovers unite! This is a scent for everyone! Pumpkin Cheesecake, Pumpkin Patch, and a hint of Cupcake make this a blend of pumpkin-y, bakery, goodness. Mmmm Mmmmm! This smells like spicy pumpkin to me. I don’t really get the bakery sea-breeze-scents-things-frog-turtleelements.

Rainbow Fruit Surprise: Back by popular request!! These rainbow tarts will make you want to eat them (please don’t)! They are layered with Fruit Loops, Melonberry, and Cupcake and they smell INCREDIBLE! Mmmm, this is delicious! I do get some bakery notes here, fruit loops and sweet berries. I love it!

Pumpkin Creme Brulee: Pumpkin, maple, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla, whipped cream, and more. This scent is incredible! Yum! A rich, spicy pumpkin scent with some added sweetness, too. I smell the maple in this one. Great cold throw.

And then there’s the loaf…love the loaf! You can blend up to four scents and I chose my base to be in Sugar Cookie and my chunks in Fruit Loops, Caramel & Cake Batter. Mmmmm, smells sooooo good!

I’m very pleased with my initial impressions with Sea Breeze Scents & Things. Have you ordered from here? What are your thoughts?

Happy candle burning ~

  1. Elaine at Sea Breeze Scents & Things is an absolute doll. I discovered her through Facebook, and she is always posting specials on her page. My favorite of what I’ve ordered so far have got to be her cupcake tarts. First off, they are adorably cute. And best of all, they’re made in 2 separate pieces, so it’s like getting 2 full sized melts out of each with out any cutting involved! The product is great and the customer service can’t be beat. Win/win for us CandleFinders!

  3. That stuff looks so cute. Froot Loop-scented turtles, are you kidding me?!? The custom-blended loaf sounds amazing. I could really go overboard coming up with different scent combos for something like that, kind of like LOL’s layered candles.
